Provides an access point for a wide range of palliative care support services for people living with life-limiting illness and their families
Palliative care support services include nursing care, home support/personal care supports, care management, rehab therapies, home hospice specialist service, access to residential care hospices or acute care palliative care units.

Referrals are accepted from any source including the public, family doctors, BC Cancer Agency, outpatient units and acute care hospitals outside of the Lower Mainland.
