Living Life to the Full - Course for practical skills to feel happier and worry less
Mental Health - Adult & Senior, Mental Health - Child & Youth, Pregnancy Care, Seniors Services, and Youth Services

In eight 90-minute sessions, Living Life to the Full helps people make a difference in their lives. Each session is moderated by a trained facilitator and includes a booklet, handouts, exercises, and discussions.
Specialized courses for adults, seniors, youth, and new mothers. If you are unable to attend a course in your community or if you prefer working on your own, you can also order the booklets.
