The Sorrento & Area Community Health Centre is one of ten primary health care centres available within Interior Health communities. They offer a range of services to promote health and wellness in the community.
The Community Health Centre provides primary health care for people of all ages and families in the communities of the South Shuswap. Those with chronic diseases, people with mental health and addiction issues as well as those without a primary health care provider have access to primary health care right in the community.
Primary health care provided by Theresa Walters, Nurse Practitioner, Lyndsay Lazzarotto, Nurse Practitioner and Ann-Marie Gill, Nurse Practitioner. Please call (250-675-2167) first before attending. Foot care service are also provided at the centre by . Zan Alcock LPN,FCN at Toe-Tally Awesome. Bookings for foot care must be made through Toe-Tally Awesome.
