Program is an affordable and effective option for inpatient treatment that offers an in-depth, short-term outpatient program that meets the needs of the individual and sets them on the journey to recovery. While this is offered online there is a Nanaimo-based office that also offers the Intensive Outpatient Program - please see below for contact information.

The Intensive Outpatient Program offers at least nine hours of therapy per week, including family care. Through a mix of addiction education, group therapy, individual & family counselling, and drug monitoring, this approach allows patients to participate in day-to-day life while receiving in-depth treatment on their recovery journey. The program includes dialectical behaviour therapy, relapse prevention strategies, stress reduction and healthy living practices, introduction to community resources, and wellness and recovery planning. Intensive Outpatient Programs are offered for substance addiction (alcohol, drug, & prescription medication).

Program also includes education on:

IOP is a 12-week evening program that allows the patient to stay at home while receiving evidence-based treatment!
