A self-regulation programs for ages 6-12 in a small group setting.
A self-regulation program for ages 6-12 that runs over six 1-hour sessions in a small group setting. The goal of this program is for participants to be able to bring their body to a relaxed state using tools taught in the program. Kids and youth experiencing difficulty with anxiety and/or regulating emotion will be led through skill-building activities such as mindfulness, grounding, brain science, and emotional awareness. This program is free but requires pre-registration.
